Island Life Services really takes great care of my rental property. I’m so grateful I found them to manage my condo. Chris and Rebekah handle everything with the renters, take care of the place, and stay on top of the details. Their communication is clear and they’re quick when something needs attention. It’s made renting it out so much easier and less stressful. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for solid property management.

I've used their cleaning services at my home and do a construction clean for me after I painted a condo downtown. They usually only work on Kiawah but we're nice enough to come do this for us.

I have to say I've never had anyone clean my house better than they have. I thought things were as clean as they could get until these guys came in. My toilets, bathtubs, sinks, refrigerator, stove, and oven looked brand new out of the box when they were done.

Not only did they use a lot of elbow grease, they were very detail oriented. They even took light switch covers off and washed them.

The sad thing is that I don't know if I will ever be happy with another cleaner because they did such a good job.

Chris and Rabecca consistently do a fantastic job cleaning our office. I always look forward to walking into our sparkling work space the next day. I certainly recommend them for your Kiawah/Seabrook cleaning needs!
